Not all lenders allow for this just yet, so you need to check with the clients lender to ensure they allow for remote signing;<br \/><br \/>2. Clients should be able to print documents, meet with Spagnuolo on Zoom, sign in front of the screen, and then return the documents to us (scan and email, or dropped off to their Coquitlam office).<\/p>\r\n<p>This is great to keep our clients safe but still let them purchase a home!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>For more information you can reach out to Spagnuolo &amp;
